My Blog will include anything and everything under the sun that inspires me, puts a smile on my face or stops me in my tracts to think for a moment. The topics will be as whimsical as my personality, some serious topics and others not so serious but all spoken from a passionate giving heart.

People, places, books, detoxification, healing retreats, raw/live foods lifestyle & awareness, beauty, transformation tools, ancient healing rituals, spirituality, cleansing tips, plant medicines, music, world consciousness, global events and festivals, fashion, (definitely fashion are you kidding??? I am a fashion goddess ) anything off the beaten and path and outrageouly exciting.... the sky is the limit!!! Thank you for taking this journey of life with me.
