Here's a coffee addicts morning smoothie. You seriously could live on liquids with some of my recipes. This is the latest, HOLY BASIL SPICED LATTE TEA.

For tea:
One cup filtered water
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon cardamom
1/2 teaspoon holy basil or tulsi
1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
Pinch of vanilla
1 teaspoon lecuma powder.

Add all ingredients and let simmer for 20 min at least

For coconut Milk:

1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup coconut meat
2 Tbsp Raisons

Blend and strain through nutmilk bag.

When Teas is done simmering strain into mug and add your coconut milk.

This will give you a healthy boost in the morning and be much more satisfying than any coffee and would complete with any Starbucks latte. Try it you will not disagree.
